Through the NJRA RT CO-OP, we act as your RT team’s manager or regional oversight—offering daily direction, mentorship, structure, and 24/7 clinical guidance while keeping your staff as your employees. It’s a cooperative approach to building sustainable, outcome-driven RT programs. In addition to ongoing mentorship and oversight, we also assist with recruitment and onboarding of respiratory therapists—helping facilities attract, evaluate, and integrate new hires into a structured, high-performing RT program from day one.
