Frequently Asked Questions

  • All regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in our benefits program.

  • We don't make you wait long! Your benefits will begin on the 1st of the month following your first 30 days of full-time employment.

  • Absolutely. You can cover your spouse or registered domestic partner, as well as children up to age 26 (and dependent children who are incapable of self-support due to a physical or mental disability).

  • We use Employee Navigator, a highly convenient, online self-service portal. You can access it 24/7 from anywhere to make your selections when you are first hired, during our annual Open Enrollment, or if you experience a qualifying life event (like getting married or welcoming a new child).

  • We don't leave you to figure it out alone. You will have access to a dedicated Acrisure Service Representative who acts as your personal healthcare benefits expert to answer plan questions, assist with claims, and help resolve administrative issues.
