New Jersey Respiratory, Inc. sends employee-only, work-scheduling text messages from +1 (877) 386-8923 to our own employees and contracted staff who have expressly opted in. We never send marketing texts and never message the general public.

How employees opt in — the complete workflow

The employee signs in to their password-protected staff profile on our scheduling platform and opens My profile & alerts. They enter their own mobile number and choose Text message or Text + email under "How I get alerts."

The text alert program is explained right there, before anything saves — program name, sender, message types, frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," and HELP/STOP — and the employee must check a standalone SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is only about text messages; it is separate from every other setting, policy, and term. Without the checkbox, text alerts cannot be turned on.

Only after checking the box and saving is consent recorded (with a date-and-time stamp on the employee's record) and texting enabled. The profile then shows the consent on file. New hires may instead give written consent during onboarding, which a manager records the same way.
