How Our Employee Referral Program Works

  1. NJRA will list open positions that qualify for a referral bonus and sign on bonus (see list below).

  2. If you know someone who is interested, fill out the form below.

  3. HR will contact you to approve your submission.

  4. If hired, you and the new hire will receive 25% of the bonus on the hire date and another 25% on the 3-month, 6-month and 1-year anniversary.

Full-time Hire Bonus: Referral Bonus: $2,000, Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Part-time/Per-Diem Hire Bonus: Referral Bonus: $1,000, Sign-on Bonus: $1,000

(4-shift per month minimum requirement for per-diem)
